CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

jsouce ("jsouce," "we," "us," or "our") operates Frola, a social events platform for adults. This page describes our standards and practices to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on the Service.
This document is published for users, app store reviewers, and regulators. It supplements our Terms of Use at /terms and Privacy Policy at /privacy. If there is a conflict, the English Terms prevail for contractual matters.
1. Age requirement
Frola is for people 18 years of age or older only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and accounts that appear to belong to minors are removed. Users must not create accounts for minors or use the Service to contact, groom, or exploit minors.
2. Zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM on Frola. This includes, without limitation:
- Sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or trafficking of minors
- Sharing, requesting, or directing others to CSAM
- Using events, profiles, messages, or other features to facilitate harm to minors
We remove violating content, restrict or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement and authorized child-safety organizations as described below.
3. In-app reporting
Users can report child safety concerns and other policy violations directly in the app:
- Profiles: open the profile menu → Report
- Events: open the event menu → Report
- Messages: open the message menu → Report
Reports may include a reason and optional details. We prioritize reports that indicate imminent harm, exploitation of minors, or CSAM.
4. Blocking
Users can block other accounts from profile or safety menus. Blocked users cannot follow you, message you, or appear in your event feed as described in the app.
5. Moderation and review
We use a combination of automated checks (including third-party moderation services on certain user-submitted content such as event text and images) and human review of user reports.
When we identify or receive credible reports of CSAE or CSAM, we aim to:
- Remove or disable access to the reported content promptly
- Suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious violations
- Preserve relevant records as needed for investigation and legal reporting
- Escalate confirmed or strongly suspected CSAM according to applicable law
We are not obligated to monitor all content in advance, but we act on reports and known violations according to our operational procedures.
6. Reporting to authorities
Where required by law, we report apparent CSAM and related child exploitation to appropriate regional and national authorities, including, where applicable:
- The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline in the United States
- Equivalent hotlines, law-enforcement channels, or regulators in other countries where we operate or where users are located
We may also disclose information to law enforcement when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect children, users, or the public, or to comply with legal process, as described in our Privacy Policy.

- Whether you believe a minor is in immediate danger (if so, contact local emergency services first)

We aim to acknowledge serious child safety reports promptly. Response times may vary based on volume and verification needs.
8. User responsibilities
If you see content or behavior that may exploit a minor, report it in the app and, when appropriate, contact local authorities. Do not download, copy, or share CSAM.
9. Updates
We may update these standards. The current version is always available at /child-safety with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be reflected in our Terms or communicated in-app where appropriate.
